Yoga is usually defined as union: union between the limited self and the Divine Self. The aim of Yoga is not really to unite us with anything for we are already united. It is to help us realize our identity with the Divine Self, to make us know and tune into our intrinsic nature. At the physical level, we need to harmonize the functions of different organs, muscles and nerves so that they do not hamper or oppose each other. Disharmony in various body parts and systems brings about inefficiency and lethargy or clumsiness. Moreover, it manifests in diseases in the body.

Yoga postures and breathing techniques optimise your energy levels, enhance detox processes, promote relaxation, and reduce levels of the stress hormone cortisol in your system. In between errands, you can use a few minutes of yoga exercise to reward your body with revitalizing stretches that will optimize your metabolism and improve your circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, digestive, urinary and reproductive (in case you are wanting another handful!) systems.

3 Days Special Yoga

Duration : 3 Days

Day 01: Afternoon
Arrival of the delegates. Welcome registration, check - in rooms, snacks and drinks. Proceed for inauguration with special lighting ceremony. introduction to yoga. Observation of silence. Evening Dinner, distribution of yoga kits and information. Bed.

Day 02: Morning
Early morning yoga walks, practice of yogic postures and simple pranayama. Breakfast, then talk and discussion. After lunch take rest.

Afternoon
Relaxation techniques. Yoga Nidra followed by Meditation, spiritual camp fire and question and answer session.

Evening
Dinner informal and get together.

Day : 03
Early morning yoga walk. Practice of yogic postures. Breakfast Followed by meeting the pujya Swamiji and talks on the relevance of yoga in daily life. After lunch,departure.

Yoga At Himalaya

Days :  5 Days / 4 Nights

Duration
:  Haridwar- Rishikesh-Uttarkashi-Gangotri

Hardwar or Haridwar are two names for the same piece. The whole of uttrakhand is dotted with temples of vishnu & shiva. Vishnu is known as hari and shiva as har dwar means gate, and it is for this reason that this place is known as haridwar or hardwar, as it is the gateway to shri badrinath and shri kedarnath, the holy shrines of hari and har. The hindu pantheon allows freedom of worship of gods in any form. Uttarakhand abounds in shrines of gods & goddesses and haridwar from time immemorial has been the gateway to these shrines.

Day 01: Rishikesh
Early morning yoga class, by expert YOGA ACHARYA, followed by relaxation of body & mind. After relaxation learn about breath awareness exercise & stretching exercise. After yogic breakfast Evening in-house yoga & traditional meditation class with visiting instructor . Late evening visit the Ghats for Arti, dedicated to Goddesses Ganga

Day 02 : Rishikesh/ Uttarkashi 1150 mts.
Today we’ll get training for PRANAVAM (advance breathing), Dynamic yoga. advance yoga postures. After breakfast Drive 5 hours. The drive along the ridge line to Chamba, affords panoramic views of the high mountain peaks of Garhwal. Then down to Tehri to join the Bhagirathi river valley, which we follow upto Gangotri. Overnight in Tourist Bungalow in Uttarkashi.

Day 03: Uttarkashi/ Gangotri 3048 mts.
Early morning wake up for Pranayam & advance techinque of Yoga. Drive 5 hours (100 kms). Following the torrential river up stream, the road winds up the valley past the hot sulphur springs at Gangnani, to climb steeply up a seies of hairpin bends to the village of Sukki. Evening followed by meditation and curative yoga.

Day 04: Gangotri
Early morning followed up by VIPASANA class. Evening curative Yoga and meditation class.

Day 05: Gangotri/ Rishikesh
Morning drive back to Rishikesh, enroute halt for lunch, arrive Rishikesh check into the hotel. Night stay at Rishikesh.

Yoga at the bank of Ganga

Duaration : 2 Nights / 3 days

Day 01 : Rishikesh (By Train)
Upon arrival drive to Ashram at Rishikesh. Rishikesh the holy city of India, the hatha yoga capital of the world, a totally vegetarian town. Arrive at Ashram, resting serenely on the banks of the holy Ganga, nestled in the lap of the Himalayas. Rest of the day accumulate the Ashram life. Overnight stay at Ashram.

Day 02 : Rishikesh
Morning and Evening Yoga Classes with one of well recognize personality. Overnight stay at Ashram.

Day 03 : Rishikesh / Haridwar
Morning after breakfast drive to Haridwar which is hardly 25 kms from Rishikesh and Takes about 30 minute drive . Upon arrival visit Mansa Devi Temple: The temple of Goddess Mansa Devi is situated at the top of Bilwa Parvat. Mansa means desire and it has been observed that the devotees who visit this temple with the genuine wishes gets their wishes fulfilled, Chandi Devi Temple, this temple is at the top of Neel Parvat on the other bank of river Ganges, was built in 1929 AD. The story goes that Chanda-Munda, the army chief of the Demons Shumbh-Nishumbh were killed by Goddess Chandi hence, the name Chandi Devi. And Har-Ki-Pauri : (the footstep of God) ghat, also known as the Brahmakund, is one of the most sacred pilgrim places.
